What hath but three feet, three hands, and three eyes?

Riddle: What hath but three feet, three hands, and three eyes?

When you first peruse this riddle that seems inconvenient and complicated, you may not have any idea what the answer we are looking for will be. You might try to think of an animal with three legs, three eyes, and three hands, but this is the baffling side of the riddle because the answer we’re looking for is a human, not an animal.

Imagine a contraband ship, there are always people on these ships with one eye patch, hooks on their hands, and one leg missing. These people are pirates, and a healthy pirate and a wounded pirate fit the definition of this riddle, so our answer is “two pirates.”
